Engineering 'beasts' push vehicular innovations

Elite program builds speedy race cars, slow and steady

The Boy Scouts' tour of the Ware Lab projects was very successful. Nearly 850 people came out to the event held in Lane Stadium, about 450 children and 400 adults. The group was very engaged by the car out on display, and many scouts were given the opportunity to sit in the car. Some of the parents and adults asked questions about the functioning of the car, as well as about the Formula SAE team in general. We appreciate everyone that came out to the event, and a special thanks to our sponsors!
